They spent most of the night ice fishing (at the end of May the sun does not set this far above the Arctic Circle) for artic char.The next afternoon, after another 6 hours of fishing everyone gets to enjoy Emil’s dinner: steamed arctic char with curry and rice in the canvas tent.
